– Walnut – leaves (Juglans regia): 2.5%
– Elder – flowers (Flos Sambuci nigri): 0.5%

Method of preparation:

Add 3 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 300 g of cold water and soak for 8 hours. Strain and add the same herbs to another 300 g of hot water. Boil for 5 minutes. The cold and hot extracts are mixed. The resulting mixture is drunk in 3 equal portions during the day, 1 hour before meals.

Do not overdose. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry, ventilated, protected from direct sunlight.
