Linseed
Achillea Millefolium L.
Matricaria Chamomilla
Lavandula Angustifolia
Teucrium L.
Lonicera caprifolium
Valeriana officinalis L.
Tussilago farfara L.
Levisticum officinale
Mentha

Method of preparation:

2 tablespoons of herb mixture soak for 10 min at 300 g boiling water. Strain. Drink three times a day 100 g before eating.
