Herbal mixture №2 of “Zdravnitza” is composed of 12 types of herbs Bulgarian herbs. Can be used against colitis. The amount per pack is equal to one month intake.

Ingredients:

Herbal mixture №2 contains 200 g of dried herbs in the ratio:
– Mint (Mentha piperita): 15%
– Birch – leaves(Betula pendula): 10%
– Levander (Lavandula Angustifolia): 10%
– Germander (Teucrium Chamaedrys): 10%
– Savory (Satureja hortensis): 10%
– Calendula – flower (Calendula Officinalis): 10%
– Gentian (Gentiana Cruciata): 10%
– Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): 5%
– Honey locust (Gleditsia triacanthos): 5%
– Valeriana (Valeriana Officinalis): 5%
– Dill (Anethum graveolens): 5%
– Cumin (Cuminum cyminum): 5%

Method of preparation:

2 tablespoons of the herb are soaked for 10 minutes in 400 g of hot water. Strain. The dose is taken in 3-4 equal portions during the day before meals.
