– Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon): 10%
– Watercress (Nasturtium officinalis): 5%
– Wild garlic (Allium Ursinum): 5%

Method of preparation:

Soak 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 500 ml of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 120 ml 3 times a day.
