Nettle (Urtica) is a genus of angiosperms in the Nettle family (Urticaceae). It includes between 30 and 45 species, mainly perennial herbaceous plants. The most famous member of the genus is the common nettle (Urtica dioica), distributed in Europe, North Africa, Asia and North America.
 
Useful properties:
 
The leaves of the herb have haemostatic, diuretic, anti-rheumatic action; Have a beneficial effect on metabolism, reduce blood sugar. This action is due to vitamins, iron salts and other compounds.
 
It is used for internal bleeding (uterine, kidney, liver) and as an enhancer.
 
With eczema in children, nettle tea helps a lot. Eczema usually has an internal causative agent and they should be treated internally with blood-purifying herbs. Nettle is the best blood-forming and creeping curative plant. And because it affects the pancreatic gland, it reduces the sugar content in the blood. Method of preparation:
 
Add 1 tablespoon of the herb to 400 ml of boiling water. Cook for at least 5 minutes or until you reach the desired intensity of the aroma. Strain before consumption. You can add a slice of lemon or sweeten with honey. It can also be served as a cold drink.
