Description

This is natural dried loose herbal tea from Bulgaria. Sage has a strong pleasant smell thanks to the essential oil that posses. The leaves also containe terpenes, tannins, flavonoids, acids, vitamin B1 and vitamin C and other substances.
The fragrant infusion helps to relieve the upper respiratory roads with its antimicrobial and anti-coughing action. It soothes the stomach and acts anti-inflammatory on the digestive system, liver and bile.
Infusion of Sage is used for gargle in case of inflammation of the mouth mucous membrane.
Directions for use: Brew 1 tablespoon shaded leaves of Sage in 400 ml boiling water for 30 minutes at room temperature. Filter through gauze.
The durability of infusions is 12 hours, on condition that it is stored in a refrigerator, in temperature from 20-80C without freezing.

Drink 100 ml from the filtered infusion 4 times a day, before meals.
