Description

This is natural dried loose herbal tea from Bulgaria.

Typical of Europe and West Asia, this herb grows on grassy and stony forests, along roads and wild places in the mountains.

Composition:
the colors contain about 0.2-0.5% essential oil, while the leaves – 0.02-0.07%. Also included in the plant are anti-inflammatory flavonoids, as well as tannins, alkaloids and bitter substances.

Due to its numerous active ingredients, the white yarrow is widely used in medicine. It works spasmolytically, wax, anti-inflammatory and antiparasitic (able to cope with intestinal worms). These qualities are mainly due to the essential oil in the herb.

The plant is traditionally used to relieve pain in uterine contractions during menstruation and childbirth. Taken regularly in small doses, can regulate menstruation, especially in cases of sparse or irregular menstruation.

Application: as an aid in gastrointestinal inflammation, gastric colic, gastritis, ulcer, for bile flow enhancement, hemorrhoids, etc.

Method of preparation: Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with 400 ml of hot water and boil for 3 minutes. Soak for 30 minutes. Strain and drink in 3 equal parts throughout the day.
