Carrot and Milk thistle oil – 10 ml, providing:
Linolenic acid: 3.7%
Linoleic acid: 60.8%
Oleic acid: 23.8%
Beta Carotene: 0.5 mg
Suggested Use:
Internal intake:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tsp (5 ml) 2 times a day. For prevention, you can take 1 tsp per day.
It can also be used as an addition to salads and dishes.
For cosmetic purposes:
Carrot and Milk thistle oil is suitable for direct application on the skin or as an additive to base and essential oils. The oil can be used as an ingredient in creams, masks and other cosmetic products.
Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended to child intake. Do not use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not a medicine and does not replace a varied diet.
