This is natural dried loose herbal tea from Bulgaria.
Verbena
Verbena Officinalis L.
Other names: Vervain
Perennial herb with right up to 1 m branched stem. The leaves are opposite, rough, covered with hairs. The colors are pale pink or light-eyed. The cup and the crown are twins. The fruit is dry. Blooms in May-September.
It grows in grassy places, in meadows and riverside terraces, as well as weeds in trench crops.
Use the blooming top of the stem, which is cut at about 20 cm from the top.
Verbena – dried stalk
Application: as an aid in renal and biliary sediments, migraine, liver dysfunction, fluid retention, etc.
Method of preparation: Put 1 tablespoon of the herb in 500 ml of water and boil for 3 minutes. Strain and drink in 3 equal portions the day before meals.
