PRODUCT INFORMATION
Mint (Mentha) is a genus of perennial herbaceous plants of the Orniformes family. It is spread mainly in the northern temperate belt. In Bulgaria there are about 9 species with numerous variations, from which M. piperita is grown – black mint and mint – M. spicata.

The above-ground part of the plant, and in particular the leaves containing essential oils with a main constituent of menthol, are used. It is the reason for the aromatic and refreshing properties of the herb. The essential oil is extracted by steam distillation. If you get mint yourself, you should know that the best time is in July and August, at the beginning of their flowering. Dry in a shade or in a tumble dryer up to 30 degrees.

Mint is one of the most used herbs because of its many beneficial effects. The ancient Romans scented with it the halls for celebrations and feasts because they thought the mint smell strengthened the brain function and improved memory. That’s why the then students went to wreaths of the plant.

Suggested Use:

15 drops 3 times a day before meals.

For children under 12: 5 drops 3 times a week before eating.
